Recently I was looking for a live chat customer service script I could host on my server. I decided to check out Crafty Syntax live chat script and I decided to jump on the forums to see what modifications other users had created because this scripts frontend needed a little extra help. A poster had created a series of customer support live chat images, with online and offline versions. This particular one indicates that they provide 24/7 chat however, guess what? They are offline!
