“How-To” Group Writing Project: Final Entries List

How-To Group Writing Project

Thank you to all the participants for their hard work and excellent writing skills! I also want to thank everyone who helped to promote my first group writing project. My goal was to reach at least 40 entries and toward the end there, you guys really pulled through and submitted a total of 44 qualified entries. Thank you again to all the participants!

Now it is time to vote for your favorite entries to find out who wins the cash + bonus prizes! Take your time to read each one over the next week and post your top 3 favorite posts on your blog by September 25, 2007. You can also post any runner-ups on your blog, but only the top 3 will be counted toward the final vote. I will check back on each of your blogs and than will take a few days to tally up the votes and will post the winners.

    Thanks for running this Sarah!

The bad thing about so many entries is that now I have to read that many entries. :D

While I’m excited to read them, I need to find the time. Anyway, quick question. We just pick 3? Or do we need to rank them as 1 through 3?

    I’m off to start reading!

  16. Haris on September 19th, 2007 at 6:33 am

Phew! Just got in the last :)

There’s only one “lock” for me, and that is…wait, check my blog on Tuesday.

  20. Sarah on September 19th, 2007 at 9:09 am

I can’t thank everyone enough for participating and I’m sure regular readers will learn quite a bit from your how-to’s!

As for voting, you don’t have to place them in any order. Just that you only get 3 votes per participant. Also you can’t vote for yourself :c). I’m sure the rest of the participants wouldn’t mind if you list the entire list in your posts, but its all up to you!

  21. JoLynn Braley on September 19th, 2007 at 9:17 am

Hi Sarah, I’m looking forward to reading all of the entries, this will certainly keep my busy, thanks! :)

Cool gwp. I only found out about it yesterday otherwise I also would have joined in. I’ve already read some of the posts and they’re good.

Do people get points if non-participants vote via comments?

    Jacob

  25. Sarah on September 19th, 2007 at 1:01 pm

Hi Israel, sorry you just found out about the group writing project! :c( Only the participants can vote but I’m sure the entrants would love to know which ones you like best, you can always comment on their blogs and they’d love that.
